Our dedication to providing quality and sought after offspring has led us to provide an in utero sales program that allows buyers and breeders alike to acquire exactly what they are looking for. In utero reservation contracts require a $500 deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid in two equal installments; 1/2 at birth and 1/2 prior to release. These prices are well discounted and applicable only before birth.

Buyers can reserve a foal based on gender or one can select “either”, which guarantees the buyer the foal regardless of sex. If a colt is reserved, a resulting colt will be considered sold immediately. If a colt is reserved and a filly is born, the potential buyer shall have the first right of refusal to purchase the filly at the same inutero price, if there is not a pending reservation for the filly before birth. This is reciprocal should a filly be reserved. If “either” is reserved, the foal, regardless of gender, shall be considered sold at the time of birth. Deposits are refundable if a foal does not meet the contractual requirements.

The sale prices are for in utero sales reservations only. Pricing after birth will be reflective of foal.
